Our Leadership Team
Our nonprofit organization gives Hope to families in the coffee farming regions of Honduras. Serve Hope International provides a direct way for people to help families living in extreme poverty. Our goal is to raise awareness of these needs and provide oversight for the different community improvement projects.
Mark & Michelle Fittz
A native of Beaumont, Texas, Mark is the President and Founder of Serve Hope International. In 2001, they left the United States to serve the Honduran people in the area of community development. Through Mark’s education in construction and architecture, his main passion is to serve the poor in the underdeveloped world. Mark has over sixteen years of experience in developing projects for orphanages, hospitals, seminaries, schools, and housing for various communities and organizations. Mark and Michelle live with their five children in Rockwall, Texas.
James & Hetal IVey
A native of Orange, Texas, James is the Vice President of Serve Hope International. Over the years they have made numerous trips to various locations throughout Honduras and have served local churches with community development projects. James is a practicing attorney for a private corporation. They live with their three children in Katy, Texas.
Matt & Lindsay McMahan
Matt is the Treasurer for Serve Hope International and Lindsay serves as Secretary. They have traveled to Honduras with their three children and helped build a home for one of the local families. Matt uses his business and finance expertise to manage numerous investments around the world. Lindsay is a retired nurse and a fulltime mom serving their family and great at carpooling kids. They live with their three children in Dallas, Texas
Jeff & Jenny VENGHAUS
A Houston native, Jeff serves as board member of Serve Hope International. They have served as a family with their four children on various international trips to Central America. Jeff uses his real-estate expertise in serving as Vice President of a national commercial real-estate firm. Jenny is a teacher for two of their children and helps with various ministries in Houston. They live with their four children in Houston, Texas.
